1. What was your favorite part about growing up in Jamaica?

My favorite part of growing up in Jamaica was just the lifestyle. We’re all laid back; we play a lot of soccer and run around like it was the best time of our lives. I had a great group of friends. I went to an all boys high school which was crazy.

2. Why did you come to the Lehigh Valley?

I got a soccer scholarship to go to East Stroudsburg University, so that’s the main reason I fell in love with the area. I’m a townie, as they call me.

3. What made you want to become a teacher?

Ever since I started coaching I fell in love with just helping kids, and I just feel like I can relate to kids and get the best out of them, so that’s probably the main reason that I think it’s my best interest at the moment, and I plan to go back to school to become a teacher and continue coaching at Nazareth High School.

4. What is it like to work alongside your players every day?

You know, honestly it's fun, but it's crazy cause I see you guys in the hallway everyday, and you guys always make fun of me and ask me how I’m doing. It's good to see everybody going to class. I’m big on kids getting good academics because I know what it was like growing up, and mom always stressed that you need to get A’s and B’s because that will help you get into a good college. So it’s just fun to see kids going to class.

5. If you are driving alone, what song do you blast?

I’m open-minded, so it depends on what’s on XM radio, but I mostly listen to Jamaican music, some Bob Marley, Sean Paul, or Shaggy. So I mostly listen to Jamaican music, but sometimes I’ll listen to some Drake or other people. I’m just open-minded.

6. If you could choose one meal to eat for the rest of your life, what would it be?

My favorite meal is lobster mac and cheese. It’s awesome- if you haven’t had it yet you are missing out.

7. If you could choose one place to take an EPIC vacation, where would it be?

I want to go to Greece; I’ve had a couple friends go to Greece and, knowing my personality, they think I’ll really enjoy it. So Greece is probably on my list to visit in the next year or so.

8. What’s your ideal pet? Breed, gender, coloring

Growing up I had a dog- a pitbull- but she unfortunately passed away before I left Jamaica, and my mom said that she wouldn’t get another one because she didn’t want to go through that grief again. So a pitbull is probably my favorite type of dog because I had one growing up.
